I was able to speak with someone though Homestar from Oclar Services and it appears that they will be able to rectify the situation. Looking forward to working towards a resolution.
Update: Angel was here today. Very nice. He explained the transition with management and assured us that our services would be taken care of. Both Hector and Jada were also quite helpful!

Hello Katie very sorry for that inconvenience, Fernanda she don't work in oclar services October 29,tonight the workers had an accident and we had to send another group around 11:45 pm 12:00 and their house was clean, but the people arrived and the page changed because now it is oclar inc and the department in charge has no information of photos and the whole page is being updated with the new supervisors. Photos The page only has photos of clients but your photo of your work has already been deleted, and if you do not agree with the service, you will be reimbursed 50% are company policies because the company is not trying to breach the contract. have a nice day.
