Snow Removal review in Whitby

I was able to speak with someone though Homestar from Oclar Services and it appears that they will be able to rectify the situation. Looking forward to working towards a resolution.

Update: Angel was here today. Very nice. He explained the transition with management and assured us that our services would be taken care of. Both Hector and Jada were also quite helpful!

Hello Katie very sorry for that inconvenience, Fernanda she don't work in oclar services October 29,tonight the workers had an accident and we had to send another group around 11:45 pm 12:00 and their house was clean, but the people arrived and the page changed because now it is oclar inc and the department in charge has no information of photos and the whole page is being updated with the new supervisors. Photos The page only has photos of clients but your photo of your work has already been deleted, and if you do not agree with the service, you will be reimbursed 50% are company policies because the company is not trying to breach the contract. have a nice day. Took our money, did snow removal 2-3 then disappeared

We were very excited when we first heard back from Martin and Fernanda through home star. Things were set up pretty quick with us contacting them on November 23 and having service services set up on December 1, 2020. We had our last snow removal done on December 26, 2020. Unfortunately since then Martin has not been in contact with us through the company. Both Fernanda and Martin have disconnected phone numbers. We can also see that they listed there one Facebook page as permanently closed and then started a new one instead of Eau Claire renovations as Eau Claire services Inc. They have the same email and phone numbers listed but again not in service. Essentially we feel as if they took our money and ran. We are trying to get in contact with Martin so that we can get a refund but it appears that there is no way to get in contact with him. I would check very closely to reviews and number of your reviews and how long they have been on homestar. We found their services through home star but we’re still having issues. On the new Facebook page that Martin has set up he even has posted a photo of our house. He did not ask permission to use this photo showing snow removal. It appears he took the photo and our money just to have a photo he could put up on his new website.
