Bought some spruces and a few died but that can happen. Got them replaced following year.

HAD CALLED THEM AND ENTER INTO A AGREEMENT 30 TO PLANT CEDARS TOLD ME THEY WOULD SUPPLY AND INSTALL THE TREES .THEY INFORMED ME THAT THEY CAME FROM BC. WHEN THE TREES ARRIVE THEY WHERE WILTED AND HAD BROWN BRANCH ALL OVER THEM. THEY INFORMEDME THAT THIS WOULD GO AWAY AFTER A SEASON . CALL THEM BACK THE FOLLOWING YEAR AND THEY REPLACE SOME OF THE DEAD ONES BUT NOT ALL OF THE DEAD TREE.

Purchased (5) 10 cedar trees from Treelocate after my neighbour built a large deck and began invading our privacy. Mehdi and his team were very professional, the work was completed within a couple hours. The trees have since grown 2 feet, and are extremely healthy. I would definitely recommend their service to anyone looking to plant trees in their property.

My experience with Treelocate was excellent! They were quick to respond and very helpful and knowledgeable when recommending what trees would work best in my yard (I had some idea what I wanted, but not what type of trees to use). I was pleasantly surprised how quickly they came and finished the job, and I appreciate the extra care they took to make sure my property was clean - it looked as if the new trees and plants had been growing there for years!

Great company I will definitely be using again. They had the best selection of quality trees and the service was phenomenal. The team was professional and quick. Highly recommend to anyone that is looking for landscaping.

In August 2021, I purchased from Treelocate (ten) 7ft Cedar tress and planted around 12 different pushes. They removed the old bed and provided new soil and a layer of mulch. I paid a total of around $7K. I came to know them through their ad on Facebook market and Kijiji.
Issue-1: I asked them to provide fabric under the mulch to prevent weeds, they convinced me not to do so because plants soil needs to breath as per them. I spent few months before winter trying to remove the weeds which started growing just two weeks after the finished the job. This spring, the weeds started growing a lot. To solve the problem, I have now to pay for mulch removal, place a fabric and provide new mulch.
Issue-2: Two cedar trees were half died in one month after installation. Now after the winter season, another two cedar trees are half died and the remaining are in extremely bad health.

I tried several times to contact Mehdi and sent him text messages with images and asked him to advice why and how can we treat the cidars , but he completely ignored my calls. I dont recommend this company for their irresponsible performance and poor quality products and services.

I had to replace Old Maple trees along our country road that died from old age.
Tree Locate from Milton moved and planted 5 Large Red Oaks with a 40" Tree Spade. The crew made short work of the project, making sure the trees we're straight and fertilized before they left the site.

Purchased five 5-foot cedars for $375 cash from Treelocate Nursery in November 2020. Planted, mulched, watered and fertilized as instructed by Mehdi, the guy who sold us the trees. Ten months later and 2 out of 5 cedars are dead. Both started yellowing in May, reached out to Mehdi and he told us to cut off brown branches and keep watering. That did not help, looks like the roots were damaged on those trees at the nursery. Planted same day in burlap bags on-site as instructed by Mehdi so root damage could not have been done during planting.

Now that the trees are dead, there is no recourse from the nursery. Mehdi said that there is no warranty on these trees as they are a wholesaler. By the way, $75 per 5-foot cedar is not a wholesale price. The best they could do is give me a tree at a discounted rate. I am not happy as there must be a warranty of some sort as I followed instructions and if the roots were damaged, it's not the customer's fault. Moreso, when I asked what is the discounted rate - I have yet to get a response.

They say that they are a wholesaler who only opened to the public during COVID closures. Not true! Their account on the local kajiji boards is 9 years old and they still have ads there, and every business is open now. So, they are selling to end consumers all the time at retail prices and without any warranty or recourse, trees that have a high failure rate. Buyer beware!!!
