We wanted to replace an ancient and broken floor drain and install a back water flow valve. Michael and his crew replaced the drain, installed a second floor drain, and installed the back water valve. They also replaced part of the sewage line to the city that they discovered a crack in while scoping the line. They communicated extremely well about the process, handled all the permits and forms for the city of Toronto's rebate for the valve, and did a great job cleaning up. Overall very happy with the experience, would definitely use them again.

Michael and the team showed up on the days they said they would and on time. All aspects of the job were explained well. We have an old house so once digging began some unforseen issues arose. Michael gave us options before continuing so that all decisions were ours.

Everyday the site was tidied and made safe.
