The technician was fast and efficient. Finished everything within the hour and was very professional.

Our washer's rubber door seal diaphragm got damaged and had to be replaced as the water was leaking through it. North Appliance Service was one of the first companies to respond to the request and gave us a very competitive quote. It was extremely easy to communicate while explaining what the issue was and to book an appointment. Practically 48 hours later our washer is fixed (the part was in stock). Sam is a very friendly, courteous and professional individual, has done the job quickly, explained everything, offered to answer any questions we may have about any of our appliances, and left the work area clean. We are extremely satisfied with the service Sam has provided and will definitely contact this company if we need any appliance repairs in the future, and will suggest to friends, relatives and anyone who may ask. Sam came out and repaired our fridge. Very meticulous and cleaned up as well. He removed the entire freezer drawer and contents. Discovered ice build up in the freezer section. He used a steam device to melt away the ice and remove large chunks. He then proceeded to find out what caused it and found a clogged condensation line. Thanks Sam.
