Mike came to reconnect our A/C unit. The weather was raining and he didn't complain at all even though this delayed him. He was pleasant and helpful. He troubleshooted a problem that wasn't anticipated and figured out a solution. Would highly recommend for any HVAC job.

Mike was great to deal with. He showed up when he said he would and fixed my AC for a very reasonable rate. I am an engineer so it was nice to work with an honest professional who knows what he is talking about and who clearly explains the issue and the repair options.

Next time I need a repair or install I will be calling Element again.
