Mike was great to deal with. He showed up when he said he would and fixed my AC for a very reasonable rate. I am an engineer so it was nice to work with an honest professional who knows what he is talking about and who clearly explains the issue and the repair options. Next time I need a repair or install I will be calling Element again.
