Appliance Matters

Joey was prompt and on time. He advised me that both of my appliance issues could be resolved in a different way. The wine fridge was not worth fixing and I should try to apply for the LG extended warranty for my fridge. I appreciate that he shared that information with me as I would have paid to get it repaired not knowing the extended warranty was available to me.

Came the next day and fixed squealing sound quickly and professionally. Joel was on time and explained the different parts as he was repairing it, which was helpful for us. I would recommend them for appliance repairs.

Noticed freezer had warmed and melted everything. Main fridge was also warm.

Technician felt that the door had not been closed properly. Fridge now working. Will monitor for the next few days.

Owner addressed our issues that we had with a misunderstanding with office staff and made things right.

Dryer broke at 11 am. After a quick search on Homestars for a few quotes, contacted Appliance Matters.. Dryer was fixed by 4 pm that day for less than what some other highly rated appliance repair companies had quoted. Would highly recommend.
