Aquazen answered my service request within 5min of posting it on Homestar on a Sunday afternoon and one of their plumbers showed up early on Monday and was quickly able to identify how my faucet was backing up water in my basement and got the parts needed to replace it with a custom extension. He did a great job addressing my needs. I was also very pleased to see him all suited up with gloves and professional mask to protect my family and himself in this Covid-19 confinement. Finally when the job was finished, I received a Quickbooks invoice that I was able to pay touchless through Apple Pay. Very pleased.

The pipe in my kitchen was leaking and Aquazen came out twice to fix it at no additional charge. They also offered additional site inspection to ensure all my tape and toilet were working

Aquazen replaced all existing kitec plumbing in 1100sq townhouse in a matter of 2 days, and drywall holes were patched up in the following days. Entire job was a quick 5 days, and the team was professional and approachable.
