Legacy Home Inspection

Kris was extremely professional. He arrived early and thoroughly inspected every corner of the home--inside, outside and on the roof. The inspection report was very detailed with descriptions and pictures of each item of note. Also included were prescriptions for any necessary repairs and their level of urgency.

Strongly recommend Kris. He was incredibly thorough, responsive and walked us through in great detail. As first time home buyers, we felt confident.

We contacted Kris at Legacy December 21st 2022 on short notice he inspected our home in the middle of snow storm Dec 22. Kris is a professional in every way. He responds quickly to phone calls and emails. Kris provided us with an excellent report the same day he did the inspection. I am not sure that is always possible our potential home was in great condition so perhaps their was a little less to report on. The report had detailed photos and information that will assist us in correcting the issues. He frequently asked me if I had questions. Kris was able to answer every question I had about the home. It is rare to find someone that does what they say they will do, does it well and does it on time.
