I was confident that there was nothing overlooked and that my new home was inspected properly. My report was easy to read included pictures of everything that needed fixing in the future. They provide you with an extremely detailed final report and dont hesitate to answer any questions you have. Very professional inspection company. Clear style of communication and easy to get along with. Points out all conceivable hazards of the home, along with potential remedies. Offers realistic expectations regarding the state of the house, to give buyers peace of mind. Package was offered in an interactive electronic format, along with a pdf option if preferred. Highly recommend!
