During these difficult times brought by the pandemic, there was a significant delay by the manufacturer in delivering the piece. John and his team were highly communicative over email and calls to update me on the status. They worked tirelessly to unblock the delays to ensure an installation before winter as the delivery date was to have been September. Thanks John to you and your team for a professional service. Wellington Windows and Doors did a fantastic job with our new patio sliding door and window. We replaced a large window with a sliding patio door and couldn't be happier with the result. The price was reasonable and the end result was outstanding.
