We used Kraft Exteriors & Developments Ltd to recently fix damage to our roof and siding (all) due to hail damage in the summer. Kraft was our insurance's preferred contractor, but after meeting with several contractors, the knowledge, expertise, attention to detail and professionalism from Kraft (Jordan) was miles above the rest. Jordan took the time to explain the insurance process to us along with details about the products which really helped us in our decision making process. Invaluable expertise. Jordan was always in communication with us, when items were being dropped off, work was to be done etc. His crew in particular Chris was also fantastic, all of his staff was very friendly. The clean up was amazing, you never even knew they were there. The house looks fantastic. I would strongly recommend Kraft Exteriors & Developments Ltd for external repairs to your home. And if they don't do the work they have connections to great people in the industry who do (i.e. Windows fixed). They took a while to do the work but it was worth the wait. Had to replace the roof and these were the guys I went with all because of their owner Jordan who is an encyclopedia of knowledge when it comes to all things roof-related. He sold me on his knowledge and passion. He really knows a lot and it comes across when he speaks. Fantastic in delivering a high quality roofing job that was on budget and improved the air circulation in the attic of my infill house (we had some attic rain in previous years due to poor air circulation), very happy and I'd highly recommend. I did get a few quotes for the job but Jordan sold me on his knowledge and manner which he conducts himself - he even crawled into the attic and was giving me great information as to what to look for if there are circulation issues (ie. rust on nails, droplets on insulation etc). Also, his team is friendly and they clean up the job site so well after each day which was important because I have young kids and I didn't find a single "lost" nail - his guys work hard and they grind. Jordan also hooked me into his network of other contractors which he worked in conjunction with to get some additional vents put into my bathrooms. Bottom line: use them, you won't regret it and you will likely learn something out of the process as well.

Very satisfied with replacement of our eves troughs. Stayed on agreed budget. Work carried out efficiently and completed in a single day. Improved drainage design to solve some nagging problems. Jordan is very professional, did a thorough inspection of the entire roof and attic to determine the leaks coming into the house. He went out of his way to test and assess one of the leaks coming in through the window. Very knowledgeable and experienced in his field. Would work with him again any day.
