Had to replace the roof and these were the guys I went with all because of their owner Jordan who is an encyclopedia of knowledge when it comes to all things roof-related. He sold me on his knowledge and passion. He really knows a lot and it comes across when he speaks. Fantastic in delivering a high quality roofing job that was on budget and improved the air circulation in the attic of my infill house (we had some attic rain in previous years due to poor air circulation), very happy and I'd highly recommend. I did get a few quotes for the job but Jordan sold me on his knowledge and manner which he conducts himself - he even crawled into the attic and was giving me great information as to what to look for if there are circulation issues (ie. rust on nails, droplets on insulation etc). Also, his team is friendly and they clean up the job site so well after each day which was important because I have young kids and I didn't find a single "lost" nail - his guys work hard and they grind. Jordan also hooked me into his network of other contractors which he worked in conjunction with to get some additional vents put into my bathrooms. Bottom line: use them, you won't regret it and you will likely learn something out of the process as well.

Wally was great to deal with, these guys are fast, responsive and do great work. Even as we were not considered a big job, like the hail storms that ripped through the NE, Wally still treated us like a valued customer. He even came back to fix up some additional stucco. The key for me is that he is a trustworthy contractor that I will continue to consult and use going forward. Grateful I got to meet him and his team.

So I threw a bit of a curve ball at these guys as my toddler son ended up opening up one of the vent shaft covers and throwing his stuffed bunny down. The stuffed bunny ended up completely blocking the HVAC to his room so we had to have it removed. After trouble shooting with Karl from Knight, we discovered it to be about 12 feet down from the source of the vent. Despite our best efforts to "vacuum" out the bunny, we were unable to pull it out. So Karl was good enough to take multiple measurements and we ended up cutting some holes into the drywall to look for the vent. After about 2 hours, we finally found the bunny lodged between the basement and main level vent and Karl was able to successfully remove it. Really good service, really good attitude and very professional. I would highly recommend these guys. Karl has also saved a cat (a real one) from a vent so these guys are getting more experience by the day. Give em a try.

Rick provided great service from tip to tail. Right from the estimate, he was honest and forthright about the installation and product. The follow up was greatly appreciated. There was a minor mishap with the installation of the trims around the door but Cory and Kyle were able to come back at a time that suited my schedule and fixed it without concern. These guys are great contractors to hire and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for good workmanship and honesty. I will consider using them again in the future for other projects.
