Love my fence and deck, was asked to give my honest opinion of the work from Joe and Matt and I can honestly say they know what they are doing. The holes are deep, the fence is sturdy and the deck is perfectly level. Also did the other homes in the area. Extremely fast

Last summer, our fence had started to rot and we decided it was time for a new one before it fell over. We called a few different contractors and overall, TerraConPlus made us feel confident in their work. Matt is a fantastic guy to talk with, he came for a quote and kept us in the loop with everything. The crew is amazing, they came by and got right to work. I was recommended to this company by my neighbor. Even though they specialize in wooden fencing, a vehicle had crashed into our metal fence and broke our gate and damaged fence posts at our home.

Insurance was taking their time sending a crew for repair, so I got the green light to find a third party crew to repair the damages as our yard was exposed to "possible trespassers"

Joe sent a crew immediately, had the gate straightened, posts repaired and painted the gate so I don't ever have a bad memory everytime I came in and out of my home.

They also left the most amazing sign for our family before they left.

Hired Joe and his crew to build a complete new fence for me. They are not a professional company. He and his sons and friend. Their website states, "client satisfaction our first priority" and "Quality has been our focus". Both statements could not be farther from the truth. Seemed very nice at first, long time family run business, until the job was completed. The fence was put together quickly and sloppy without attention to detail and good workmanship.
There were many problems, large gate not secured properly and not level, pin breaking through board., no handles on the gates from outside, cross rails not all same size, some not meeting fence posts, not enough nails to secure boards, boards coming loose and warping already etc. Poor quality wood used, fence posts already splitting all way down. Problems started in the first week.
I called immediately, was told to wait, a few times. Then no answers to many calls and texts and e mails. I have been waiting since April for problems to be corrected. No response. Very unprofessional and rude to treat customers in this manner. No way to run a business.

The foundation of this business is based on false promises and deception. What ever you saw on their website is false promises. Joe is the owner of this business. H is workers are not professional at their work. That makes them to do poor job. Do not give them deposit. You don't have access to them once they got your money. They promised me that they use premium wood for my fence but they use very low grade wood. Their workmanship is disaster. The pressure treated woods that they use has many nots or holes and crack that indicates they are low grade woods. They use peeler core pressure treated wood for the post. This type of wood does not observed chemicals well at the time of treatment as such they are more receptible to insects and bugs. They never tell you the truth. They supposed to use 2X6 wood for upper and lower of fence board but they mix 1x6 where ever they could . They charge $300 for the gate . Most of the gate the the made are not level (crooked). This business is not a member of better business bureau or association of professional contractor. They disappear once they got their money. They don't have office. They are not brick and mortar business as such tracking them is difficult but not impossible. They don't answer your call or emails. They keep low profile to avoid fine or law suit due to damage to property or unhappy customers. Do your own due diligence before you call them. The only way that they can change their behavior and respect their customers is to tip-off the people through the social media and word of mouth.

Joe and his son Matt along with the rest of their crew did a horrific job on the fencing in the Mattamy Homes Queens Common development. Running boards not level, vertical boards not secured properly, posts not made level, the list goes on. When approached about these issues Joe and Matt said there was nothing that could be done. I proceeded to hold off on the final payment until the issues were fixed. Both Joe and Matt came to my house daily and aggressively ordered that I pay them and still refused to fix the issues. I gave in just to get them off my back. If I could give TerraconPlus Contracting a -10 as a rating on this site I would. Worst contractor that I’ve ever had to deal with

Worst fence job. Stringers aren’t even attached. Boards are falling off, barely attached. Complete slap and dash job. The fence job is only a few months old. Looks like crap.
I would never recommend these guys.
