Complete chaos. Made a deposit to start work in 2 1/2 months. Work was not started, neither were we able to get a hold of the contractor (Joe). We were notified that work will begin on a Monday. Friday came and Joe decided that the price needs to be increased or work will not start on Monday. The key to making a deposit months early is so that we can secure pricing increases (lumber increase was already foreseen-hence the deposit). Joe decided it was appropriate to only communicate with one member of the group of 29 neighbours, although we each made a deposit individually. He only kept our money for 4 months before we struggled to get our money back. I guess it's easier to borrow money from public fools and return the loan 4 months later and not do any work or atleast have the courtesy to contact the people who lend him some money to get by for 4 months..especially during this pandemic...life must be tough as a contractor.

Joe/Matt/TerraconPlus took deposit of $500 from ~30 families to ensure that we get $55 per linear foot price for fencing, blocked our money for 4 months. At the end told us that they are not going to honour the agreed price. Asked $64 per linear foot.
They never mentioned to pay 50% of the total cost before he starts working.
Never bothered to reply for all our messages / phone calls / emails. Its impossible to reach to him for most of us.
They are rude, dont know how to talk to customers and absolutely no people skill. He still has kept one of my neighbour's money because he wrote a review.
Beware of businesses who take customer's money and never return.

They Took our deposits, held it for 4 months, did not reach out to notify anyone, raised the original quoted price and wouldn’t start to work without an additional 50% down payment, they also do not return phone calls, text or emails. Horrible company and owners(Joe and Matt) to deal with! Don’t waste your time and energy with this contractor. they were also very rude to talk to.

Joe and his crew were on time, hard working and quick. Good quality work. We had a vision for our backyard deck and were more than pleased at the result! Priced very well.
Joe is the most honest and trustworthy contractor by far. We have referred his company to friends and they were very happy!!
