I would not recommend this contractor to anyone looking to get a fence done. Nice to deal with in the beginning but once they have your money its a nightmare to deal with them. Does not respond to emails, calls or messages. They use cheap quality material and don't know how to nail boards properly. Rather have spent more money with another contractor and get a decent quality fence. When reached out to Joe to replace warped boards, I was told it costs him more money to come by my place than to replace the boards and to do it myself. However, he can come by my area to post his signs. Save your gas Joe, sorry, but no one in this area will hire you. This contractor has no idea how to make customers happy.

Initally, they came and acted very friendly and kind. The quote was done by Matt. Close to the end of installation, we noticed that Matt was being very rude and snarky. We tried to be clear and "adults" about the whole situation but he would disgruntly direct us to talk with Joe (owner). It was not a good experience as Joe would awkwardly put us in the middle of everything and completely dismiss our concerns. My wife and I decided to ignore and move on from the above mentioned concerns.

Currently, we have realized that workmanship was not so great. Please see pictures. Very bad gaps, nails sticking out, warping, gate not functioning.

These guys do not realize that installing a fence is not cheap nor is it something families desire to financially embark on.

We had an inspection done recently and we want to say be careful with this company, they will trick you by offering to put in 6x6 posts and but on the date of installation they put in 4x4 posts.

Our gate that was installed by them is completely not functioning due to poor workmanship. This is a problem due to safety issues and building code.

Terracon plus contracting has recently changed our backyard fence (June 2022) in Pickering.
This is a family company, very friendly, professional in their work, reasonable price and they do a great job in Fence installation. I would rate Joe, his sons and the rest of his crews as 5 stars.
Total of 6 people completed our fence installation in 2 days. It was fast and professional. No one wasted time while they were working.
They are extremely busy and may take a few weeks to come and do the work but when they come and start, they have the right skill set and do the fence installation perfectly.
I would recommend Joe and his crews to others.

This company installed a fence approximately a year ago and unfortunately the work completed was poor. Today I had to compete multiple repairs to the fence because of issues that happened over the year or issues that happened during installation. You might wonder why I only reviewed this company now. Well I decided to let the issues slide, until I found out today that more repairs to the fence were needed.

Joe was was quick to ask for money and additional money once the job was near completion. Mind you, additional costs upon/near completion of the job were not written in the contract.

You might be wondering why I didn't contact Joe to make the repairs. Well the the day following completion I called and texted him multiple times to resolve the issues I found the day after the job was done, but of course no response from him. One to two weeks later this company was in my neighborhood completing another job. Myself and two other neighbours approached him to resolve our issues. He promised us to come by the following day to make the repairs and guess what he did not show up.

Please save your money for a company that will charge less and do a better job. I wish I did as others in this neighbourhood did.

Great work done by this company. Joe and Matt were amazing to work with. They showed up on time and were very respectful. I would recommend Terracon to anyone looking to get their fence done!

Joe and his team are absolutely amazing. Everyone is professional and extremely talented. This company is reliable, honest, professional and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a deck or fence.

What to say about this company! They are AMAZING at what they do, and extremely hard working, yeah it was delayed by a week due to rain and snow but it was worth the wait the Led lights you installed look amazing at night as well

The Terracon Plus Contracting team did an incredible job with my fence and deck replacement! The team was incredibly professional, attentive to detail, efficient, and ultimately built a wonderful product that has added value and added privacy to my home.
I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to have a fence or deck built for their home.

Love my fence and deck, was asked to give my honest opinion of the work from Joe and Matt and I can honestly say they know what they are doing. The holes are deep, the fence is sturdy and the deck is perfectly level. Also did the other homes in the area. Extremely fast
