G.A. Plumbing helped me out with a few odd plumbing issues that I had been trying to resolve for a while (broken tail pipe in my kitchen sink drain and a hot water pressure problem with my bathtub faucet). Alex was super helpful in diagnosing the issues and proposing a cost effective solution. I'm very pleased with the quality of the work and will definitely contact them again in the future for any plumbing needs.

Alexander was absolutely fantastic!! The existing faucet and plumbing needing repair were builder grade. Alexander explained where the builder cut corners leading up to the issues. He then explained what was being replaced and why, going into enough detail about what was being replaced, why, and the longevity of the parts being used. He was also meticulous while working, cleaning as he completed each phase. Brother and sister in law were not on site but commented on great of a Job after the work.was completed. Highly recommend Alexander and his company!!!

Had Alexander around to fix a basement leak and a faucet leak. Paid fully after completion of the work, everything looked good. After he left I noticed the faucet was loose. Contacted Alex and asked him to come back. He said he was too busy and couldn’t. Then he stopped taking my calls and responding to my texts.

Found a ceiling leak in my basement. Alexander was prompt to respond and begin a search. This was not easy, as there were many options. The leak was found, caused by a hole in the stack. Within two days the work was completed. Prompt and professional.

No secret additional cost which sometimes happens when contractors do work. I was given the service recommended for the price I was quoted.

I would highly, highly recommend this company! Not only were they really quick in their response to my request, they were reasonably priced, courteous and prompt. Andy explained what he was doing at each stage and even called a couple of days later just to follow up. This is the type of customer service we don't see much of anymore and it was really refreshing to see! I would recommend this company to anyone looking for any type of plumbing work, they are fantastic!

I contacted G.A. plumbing for a plumbing job that needed to be done at my work. They responded quickly and with a reasonable quote. We arranged the date for the work to be done. They were punctual, polite, professional and proficient. The job was well done and I am satisfied with the result. I would use the again and recommend them to anyone!

Impressed with Alexander and Andy. They came on a Sunday to look at the issue we were having with our undermount sink and provide an estimate. Once we signed off, they ordered the supplies needed and were here the next day to repair the issue. (Sink falling from counter.) They explained what they were going to do, where the previous contractors had made mistakes, and it's looking great.

Alexander and Andy did an amazing job. They reacted super fast to my request, came by shortly after to inspect the damaged plumbing and provided me with a quote that afternoon. The work was done the next day. Everything looks great and works flawlessly. The guys cleaned up after the work was complete. I will definitely keep their contact on hand for any other plumbing work I may have.
