Replaced shower faucet cartridge. Alex responded so quickly, arrived promptly and was happy to look at other plumbing things and answer all my question. Def will go back!

George and Alex were phenomenal from start to end. I had an emergency with no hot water and with a tankless water heater (which has interconnected complexities), I sent an SOS to home stars and G.A plumbing responded right away. They asked a few clarifying questions and showed up in under an hr. There was no charge for consultation and diagnosis of the problem which was narrowed down expertly to a faulty mixing value. They quoted fairly and worked with their supplier to source the part and fixed it in under 30 mins. After extensive testing, we were satisfied and only then settled with. What impressed us most was their responsiveness, extremely professional demebous during interactions, the quick / efficient diagnosis of the problem and fixing it quickly. Theyre are through with their work and have the right expertise for complex water issues that involved a tankless water heater. All in all, Id highly recommend this company. You get results!

Was very thorough. Explained the situation and resolved the issue quickly and with little mess.

I’ve used G.A. Plumbing in the past and would definitely keep using them! They are always on time, very polite and clean up after themselves ! Very honest and reasonably priced as well.

Identified the issue right away. Came back the same day to fix it. Very professional and left the place spotless. Followed up the next day to ensure the problem was fixed. Would recommend!!

Andy was AMAZING! Andy answered my request for help as soon as I had sent it. He came and reviewed the issue and then had to work through supplier issues and a lost part. But he prevailed. Andy kept in touch throughout the long process (due to supplier issues, not G. A. Plumbing) and was very apologetic about how long it was taking to get the part.
I would 100% recommend using G. A. Plumbing and will definitely call them again with any further plumbing issues. And they are inexpensive!!!

I had an old gate valve leaking when open in the basement for the backyard water pipe. George did a great job replacing it with a new ball valve. Responded quickly, got a good price, completed the job without any issues, was very polite, left everything in clean state.

Alex was very punctual, replied straight away and came within a couple of hours of speaking. He took a good luck and let me know solutions for my toilet that wouldn’t stop making noise and then offered me a quote. Which was a good price!

I bought the hardware for my toilet but he fitted it the day after, and was on hand for all the questions I had to.
