The most important part of the service that was received from Andy was fair and straight forward pricing. All aspects of this job were broken down. Andy was very good at communicating the next steps. We texted, and spoke by phone. With this type of job there are many opportunities for a company to upsell the client with services that may not be needed/required/requested. This did not happen. Some options were discussed, explanations for why or why not, but there was no pressure to spend on additional electrical upgrades. Great job. I still don't have my car, but I have now had the chance to ensure everything is working as expected. Overall, very happy!

Found a ceiling leak in my basement. Alexander was prompt to respond and begin a search. This was not easy, as there were many options. The leak was found, caused by a hole in the stack. Within two days the work was completed. Prompt and professional.
