The gentlemen at NDS did an awesome job. Luca was thorough in his explanation of all the work to be done. Raffat & Nima were on time, very cordial and efficient in completing the work. I had a question and Saadi was extremely quick to call me back and provide a thorough explanation. Overall we are quite pleased and have definitely noticed a difference in the temperature upstairs.

Alexander was absolutely fantastic!! The existing faucet and plumbing needing repair were builder grade. Alexander explained where the builder cut corners leading up to the issues. He then explained what was being replaced and why, going into enough detail about what was being replaced, why, and the longevity of the parts being used. He was also meticulous while working, cleaning as he completed each phase. Brother and sister in law were not on site but commented on great of a Job after the work.was completed. Highly recommend Alexander and his company!!!
