Contractor is not reliable, not responsible, extremely poor quality of work done by not experienced workers. The renovation was real nightmare. Complete waste of money , a few months later our guest still mentioning how inaccurately job was done
Painting the half of the house took them from middle of August to the middle of October every time when workers didnt show up was othered new excuse why they didnt come. Needles to say : not recommended to anyone, please be aware!

We were pleased with Nest Enterprise at the beginning, but than discovering not finish part on the deck - which should be done on the first place. Very disappointing the way he treated his customers.

Ihor and his team did an amazing job, helping me building an amazing office 20x30 feet and 2 WC 8x8 feet in 9 days located at Bradford West Gwillimbury. Team of 3 professionals built my office in no time, working even on Saturday and Sunday’s just to complete the unit on time.
