Luigi did an amazing installation of a brand new 18" dishwasher and made customizations to our kitchen counter to house it. He was patient, knowledgeable, and finished the job within 1 day. Highly recommend.

We were looking to replace our kitchen under-cabinet lights from fluorescent to LED. Luigi responded quickly to our request as well as to any follow-up questions/comments. He was flexible with his availability and completed the work quickly and professionally. The pricing was reasonable. As per the photos, the results were more than satisfactory.

Luigi and his son Pasquale painted our entire bungalow. They were very detailed and meticulous. They both worked extremely hard. There was a lot of cutting, baseboards, window frames, doors as well as some very high ceilings. Professional and experienced painters. Would highly recommend.

My husband and I had water damage of the front and back of our basement sub-floor. I found L.P.B.M. Contracting Service through Homestars Website. Luigi didnt know how badly the water damage when he took on the job and neither do we. He and his son Pasquale kept removing the carpets, sub-floor, dry walls, and wall panels of the front and back of the basement until we were satisfied that there was no water damage issue anymore. They replaced it with the new sub-floor & drywall & reinstalled wall panels, baseboards back.
Since Luigi is so reliable, we kept expending the basement contract
including installing laminate floor in 2 rooms, painting, replaced the basement washroom, widen the basement stairway and installed a handrail. Luigi also installed laminate flooring of our upstairs front entry and an outside light.
We found that Luigi and his son Pasquale are very nice people. They are reliable and easy to work with. During the renovation time, I did not worry about the job because I trust that Luigi will make sure the job was done right.
