Critical: Quality
Very unpleasant experience. Tile floors replaced inappropriately in the kitchen and entrance . Tile constantly moving causing grout to break creating huge halls between tiles. Fixed poorly. Issue not resolved. We ended up getting an expert advice from someone else buying own supplies and fixing ourselves. Laminate flooring in the basement placed with metal floor edge by force causing floor to lift itself creating a bump. Igor opinion was water damage but all needed to be done is to cut the Edge of the laminate flooring in order to get the pressure off and let it aligned. I will never hire Nest again and not recommend
