Otie came and checked our house to give us the written estimate. He was a recommended installer from Velux. He gave us pricing and estimates for 4 different sizes and features of skylight.
Because it was a smaller job he was squeezing it in and the weather was starting to get cold. He ended up coming on a weekend. He, along with his crew (three in total) was there over half a day. He did a terrific installation of this deck mounted fixed skylight on the sloped roof of our three storey 100 year old house. Around the time of his installation, we got a leak on the roof at our plumbing stack unrelated to his work. We did not know it at the time and he returned as soon as we called and he diagnosed it and he fixed it for free. We ended up having him do more work installing some new roof vents and a flashing on some plumbing stacks. Very courteous, responsive, responsible, dependable, honest. I highly recommend Otie and his team.
