Amazing. Lugui was the best contractor I have dealt with. Highly recommend and in fact is coming back for another project!

We found Lugui at the start of last year well looking for someone to install our new floor. He came by and did a quick estimate and started very soon after. We where very happy with the completed work.

Since then we have hired Lugui for many small and larger projects over the year. This guy is a hard worker, shows up when he says he's comeing and get's the job done within a reasonal ammount of time.

I found Luigi on Homestars to expand my bathroom door on the main floor of my house. He did an amazing job (he is a perfectionist really). He is very funny and easy to work with. Most of all he is honest and does not inflate prices as some other contractors quoted.

After the door expansion project, I decided to hire him again. The second project was to relocate the plumbing in my bathroom from the floor to the wall, to install a 2nd laundry system within my house. Again he was honest, did not up-charge and did a clean, professional job.

I would not hesitate to hire him again for my home renovation projects.

The above approximate cost were the two projects combined (as I have combined the two project reviews into one).

Luigi and his son Pasquale finished our mostly unfinished basement, as well as tiled our entryway, fireplace, and backsplash. They did really well to take what framing was already there, fix quite a bit of it so it was square, and put up new framing where more was needed. They then took care of tiling/finishing a bathroom that had been previously roughed in, framing in and installing new windows, drywalling/pasting everything, installing doors, doing all the trim, creating a laundry area that fit our washer/dryer/sink, where there was literally only half an inch to spare, and then also painting.

Luigi and Pasquale were both very friendly and nice to have around the house. You can tell that Luigi takes great pride in his work because even after he was fully paid, he still came back to finish up the trim on the outside of the windows that he installed. This wasn't a detail that we didn't explicitly specify in the description of work to be done, but he wanted it to look nice for us selling our house.

Luigi is amazing! He fixed a bunch of random things around my rental property. He saved me a lot of money by repairing a sliding patio glass door whose track was bent. Other contractors said the whole patio door system had to be completely replaced. Luigi managed to somehow repair it. Now it functions great! Highly recommend Luigi! He will not disappoint! He will get done what you need!

Luigi fixed our electrical wiring to a ligth switch as it was faulty. Was professional and efficient at his work and overall it was a good experience communicating and working with him.

I reached out to Luigi to replace drywall and remove carpet + install flooring. He took on the project, the process was smooth and it was a week turnaround time. Luigi was very responsive and efficient the entire time. Would definitely consider hiring again in the future.

Luigi did a great job promptly quoting the work and completing it in short order. The end result was fantastic and we finally have a useable kitchen vent! The work required a significant amount of drilling through layers of brick and Luigi was able to complete it with no issues. WIndow well installation was also creative and effective. Overall we would hire him again for future projects and recommend him to others.

Luigi provided exceptional service ! We hired Luigi to patch up holes in our drywall made by our dog. He completed his work on time and the results are fantastic, you would never know there were holes. I was so impressed with his work, I asked him to help with a few small projects around the house. he installed a shower door, kitchen window trim, kitchen cabinet kick plates, water stains on our ceiling. He even fixed our basement toilet and installed a door on a pantry cabinet. Needless to say, if you need any projects done in your home, small or large, Luigi is your guy! I have started my "Luigi list" for projects and look forward to when he returns in a month or so. He's on time, friendly, neat and tidy!
