L.P.B.M.CONTRACTING SERVICES

My husband and I had water damage of the front and back of our basement sub-floor. I found L.P.B.M. Contracting Service through Homestars Website. Luigi didnt know how badly the water damage when he took on the job and neither do we. He and his son Pasquale kept removing the carpets, sub-floor, dry walls, and wall panels of the front and back of the basement until we were satisfied that there was no water damage issue anymore. They replaced it with the new sub-floor & drywall & reinstalled wall panels, baseboards back.
Since Luigi is so reliable, we kept expending the basement contract
including installing laminate floor in 2 rooms, painting, replaced the basement washroom, widen the basement stairway and installed a handrail. Luigi also installed laminate flooring of our upstairs front entry and an outside light.
We found that Luigi and his son Pasquale are very nice people. They are reliable and easy to work with. During the renovation time, I did not worry about the job because I trust that Luigi will make sure the job was done right.
