Had a gutted small tight basement bathroom with bad shower that was treated for mold over a year ago. Jin and partner did a fabulous job, taking into account all had to take extra caution for waterproofing and sealing. They rebuilt the shower and all else and turned out beautiful and modern and stuck to decent budget!! So happy!! Thanks for all the hard work.

I consulted Hanul for renovating my library for my new home, and I had no doubt of their proficiency as this was my second time working with them. I requested to have a cozy antique atmosphere for the library, and they were able to do exactly that. The shelves size was customized to optimize the space, and the wood book shelf that stretches to the ceiling is a very impressive piece of work. I would like to express my thanks for doing such an amazing work.

The washroom was a very small 3 piece washroom. The bath tub and the toilet was too close and it was impossible to utilize any space. Hanul was able to accommodate all our needs within our budget, including re-allocation of washroom pieces and materials to blend in with our house concept. We were amazed! I will look for Jin for any future remodelling for sure.

We had our master ensuite renovated by these guys and it was great. There was almost no dust during the renovation, they finished the job well and quickly, and they were really nice! After the renovation, it felt like a new bathroom. After this renovation, I know I can trust these guys with other renovations in our home as well.

We did not do our due diligence and hired 1st contractor by mistake. Everything he did was wrong and violated code of building. So we posted an request at Homestar.com and Jin was the 1st to call me and came to our house to scope the work and provided the quotation next morning. After comparing few contractors, we decided to hire Hanul construction and Jin's team - best decision we made this year.

Jin is very professional and patient. They did a great job - demolition, installed a new waterline, built a new shower pan, tiling, painting and installed bathtub and toilet. Everything is done correctly and perfectly. we could not be happy with what they have done for our master bathroom.

I strongly recommend to call him if you have any renovation need. You won't be disappointed.

Good service and good price!
My budget for our custom kitchen renovation and appliances was around $80k. We consulted with Hanul and looked for a more cost-effective solution for our renovation, and we were able cut the cost in half to $40k. I was still able to acquire my desired high-end appliances and I've been overlly satisfied with them. I wish other contractors could provide realistic solutions like Hanul.

Our budget was $14000 and it needed alot of small renovations, including gas line change, stove installation, new cabinets, islands and old water pipe change. We wanted a farmhouse style, and Hanul provided the most cost-productive consultation for our limited budget. Despite the budget, the overall result was beyond satisfactory.
