Company came as promised to diagnose problem and cited the motor of this furnace was damaged and gave me 3 options of replacing my furnace which I had bought and replaced an even older fournace with almost 10 yrs ago. On Saturday, Feb. 20, 2021 this company came in and replaced my furnace and at 7:33pm when they left, the heat came on. it took a few hours to become comfortable again. I really appreciated this company coming in and helping me because I was freezing and I did not know if I could take another day of this kind of cold again.

Our water heater was leaking and was fully damaged I called City choice representative spoke to me (Alek) he was very professional with awesome customer service skills. The same day they installed the water heater tank for us and I'm very happy because of their fantastic Job.

When our furnace started blowing cold air I contacted city choice who I found on google. I called and explained my situation and Andre arrived at my house shortly after the call. I’m so happy that he arrived so quickly as I have a newborn at home. Andre is very friendly and knowledgeable. He diagnosed our problem and gave us various options. He was patient while we made our decision and answered all of our questions going over the pros and cons of each choice. When we decided to replace the entire furnace Andre was able to get the parts and begin the job in under two hours. Andre, Rohan and Patrick worked from about 5 pm to 10 pm. Each one of them were friendly and professional. They did a great job and left our home tidy and warm! I would recommend city choice to anyone with a heating/hvac need! Our furnace is running better than it ever was and I’m so happy I found city choice on google. Over all they are knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Excellent workmanship! Highly recommend

City's Choice did an excellent job installing my new furnace. Andre and his team were Punctual, Professional and Efficient. They were PPE compliant in the midst of this pandemic and did a good job to protect the home. Andre is very detailed oriented in the manner in which he does his work but his explanation on what needs to be is simple,clear and concise. Would recommend the services of Andre and his team for any Furnace installation work.

We lost the old furnace over night. Andre answered the call after midnight; was at my house for 7am; was back at my house with the new furnace for about 12noon. The new furnace, air cleaner and thermostat were in by 5pm. I was impressed by Andre and his team. Friendly, professional crew who were there when I needed them. Not sure what else one could ask for.
