I am so happy with the service from Electra Fix, Our side by side started alarming on Sunday night, by monday we could see it was getting warmer but not how or why, called Electra Fix and they were able to get John to see me the next day. John was great ! Explained everything as he worked. Found what he believed to be the problem (these fridges have a lot of parts) replaced the needed part. John was quick, efficient in the service and repair, he cleaned up everything once he was done! Fridge is doing it's job once again. Awesome...would absolutely recommend this company

Highly highly recommend!! We were having issues with our freezer, and after a quick & courteous call to ElectraFix, they booked in Brad to come in same day to take care of the problem. He was very professional, kind, and knowledgeable (and arrived within the quoted time) and fixed our freezer under two hours. He also asked if we had and issues with other appliances for him to look at before he left (we didn’t, but appreciated him asking). Will definitely call again if we need help. Thank you!!!

Dvir, a technician from Electra Fix visited on time and identified the problem of my refrigerator (11 year-old), promptly. He also explained the reasons for this issue clearly to me. Then he started solving the problem. I thought it was a limit switch problem, but it wasn't. ICE was blocking the air way from Freezer to cooler side. Dvir knows clearly about my refrigerator as soon as he saw it. This company office is located in Coquitlam, but the technician lives in a local area. (North Vancouver) He also cleaned the mass after the job was done. Friendly, Kind, and most importantly I felt he was so knowledgeable on our fridge. A man like me always tried to find the solution from Youtube, but I am glad that I did not follow the solutions that Youtuber suggested. And Dvir also said, I could contact the office if the same issue occurs within 3 months. And he also said, he won't be charging any labour fees. I would say I had received an exceptional service from Dvir. Thank you, Dvir and Electra Fix team!

Fairly new Samsung dryer stopped spinning after a large bang... Called Electrafix and they dispatched tech named Brad to my home right away. Repair to idler pulley system was made . Excellent service / very professional. Would most certainly use their service again . Thank you for your promptness and professionalism!

I was initially upset with their quoting practice. Their management contacted me and in a friendly and professional manner we worked out the issue and they are looking at improving their procedures.

The repair person (John) spent over an hour trying hard to fix the problem. He explained everything well. In the end he could not fix it without a cost worthy of an older machine. I was surprised that after his time and labor and expertise, it was still only the service charge I was charged. Very much appreciated.

ALEX THE REPAIR TECHNICIAN WAS NOT ONLY FRIENDLY BUT ALSO KNOWLEDGEABLE AND VERY POLITE. THIS OFTEN IS HARD TO FIND THESE DAYS. HE ALSO ADVISED ME THAT ANOTHER POSSIBLE PROBLEM COULD ARISE, SO THANKS FOR POINTING A POTENTIAL SITUATION OUT.

TOM, THE PERSON I CORRESPONDED WITH ON THEIR WEB PAGE WAS ALSO EXCEPTIONAL, HAD DELT WITH TOM AFTER ANOTHER COMPANY HAD LET ME DOWN BUT NOT SHOWING UP FOR THEIR APPOINTMENT AND TELLING ME THEY WOULD SHOW UP THE NEXT DAY.
TOM ARRANGED FOR AN NOT JUST AN APPOINTMENT THAT DAY, BUT ALSO VERY QUICKLY, SINCE ALL OF MY FRIDGE HAD BEEN EMPTIED.

CAN NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY HIGH ENOUGH, ITS SERVICE YOU VERY RARELY SEE NOW. COMPETENT, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND MOST OF ALL RELIABLE.
KNOW THIS IS A LONG RECOMMENDATION BUT CAN NOT THANK THEM ENOUGH.

The technician came for an estimation and didn't checked the oven. he took me $100.00 for nothing. i expected to him to check the oven what is wrong otherwise what is the reason to come, because I told them by phone what is wrong with the oven(doesn't keep the temperature). i am very disappointed about this service.

Dvir was professional and pleasant. I appreciated him finding
the problem with my fridge freezer quickly and fixing it. I wish
to thank him. I unfortunately had trouble submitting this review - so
that was a little frustrating.
