We had another installer install our Nest thermostat and Ring doorbell over a year ago. Both had intermittent problems. I had other companies come and look at it and everyone told me something different. I booked Installer.ca to fix the Ring doorbell and the technician was prompt, polite and instantly knew how to fix it. I asked him to look at the Nest thermostat and he instantly knew what was wrong (while others had no clue) and was able to fix it during the same visit. I am so pleased! I totally recommend this company, they absolutely know their stuff.

I needed an old intercom-style doorbell system replaced with a new Unifi G4 Doorbell. Eric from Installer.ca came out and was able to easily replace the intercom, add a chimebox and do it all by reusing wiring and not having to bust holes in the wall (which I was ready for but would prefer not to do!) He even gave me super useful tutorials on some of the other parts of the house which as a new homeowner was probably more valuable than the doorbell installation.

Based on reviews I called them to install my Ring doorbell. Didn't have existing wiring so needed to hook it up. I hate running it off battery.

Eric came and from beginning to end it was great experience. Clean, high quality work. It's nice to hire someone who knows what they're doing 1000% plus aims for perfection. Couldn't be happier and will be calling for other jobs as well.

Arrived on time and the work was completed in great time considering it was a very difficult installation in my 60 year old home. Finished job looks great. He even spent time going through my phone app and showing me his tips. I will definitely be calling these folks again for more start home installations.
