We had another installer install our Nest thermostat and Ring doorbell over a year ago. Both had intermittent problems. I had other companies come and look at it and everyone told me something different. I booked Installer.ca to fix the Ring doorbell and the technician was prompt, polite and instantly knew how to fix it. I asked him to look at the Nest thermostat and he instantly knew what was wrong (while others had no clue) and was able to fix it during the same visit. I am so pleased! I totally recommend this company, they absolutely know their stuff.

We had Encore do our windows and backdoor in our kitchen in July. Our salesperson Anthony was friendly and efficient and able to advise us on the right products at the right price. The installers were professional, respectful, polite and did a fine job with the installation. We have used Encore in the past for all of our doors and windows and have recommended them to family.

From the moment I called, I felt I was in good hands. My kitchen ceiling was a mess and Nick and his team had their work cut out for them. But they did the work perfectly, and finished earlier than projected. Name me a contractor who finishes work early! Nick excels at communication and his team delivers on everything they promise. Peter does incredible work, and Dmitri makes sure everything goes smoothly. My ceilings look amazing. I was so happy with the work I had Peter do some other work in the house too.
