I pay for this service and now nobody answer by phone or by email and first snowing nobody coming to remove the snow I don’t know what happen for this company but I need help how can I return my money because not only me also my neighborhood !!!!!

BAD BAD BAD SERVICE

I highly recommend that NOBODY hires this company. Bad Bad Bad service is all I have received from the. Had to call them every snow storm. The second time, they did not even show up. NEVER AGAIN.

Bad bad service - DO NOT HIRE!

Snow Removal review in Ottawa

Hired these guys to clear snow for my elderly parents.
Many times showed 12 hours (!!) after the snowstorm or did not show at all, citing excuses like "plows broke"
My retired dad had to shovel himself - see photo attached.
Doesn't answer the phone when we call, most of times his voice mailbox is full and does not accept messages.
Don't hire!
