Duplan Snow

Hired these guys to clear snow for my elderly parents.
Many times showed 12 hours (!!) after the snowstorm or did not show at all, citing excuses like "plows broke"
My retired dad had to shovel himself - see photo attached.
Doesn't answer the phone when we call, most of times his voice mailbox is full and does not accept messages.
Don't hire!
