H20 services provided excellent service. They installed a sewer back up valve in my mothers 50 year old Etobicoke home. Wayne was particularly helpful and professional in every sense of the word. He was on time for appointments and explained everything thoroughly. The work was meticulous and clean. I really appreciated all the help with the proper documentation required for the city subsidy. I am very happy with H2O services. I was glad I chose them!

I knew H2O Services from their flyer which has very organized info. I contacted Wayne and got further details of installation process. Wayne was very patient and though a lot ahead for customers. He came to my house with professional pile locator to locate the pipe and set the best installation plan. With a schedule convenient for me, he came with an assistant and dug it out. My project was done in a couple days.

Wayne was so kind and very thoughtful. He worked so hard with enthusiasm. I can see he likes his job and his clients with his heart. He was clear, clean and precise with everything. I would recommend H2O to my friend and whoever needs it.

I put in a requested for plumbing in HomeStars and got a prompt response from Wayne at H2O Services. Wayne and H2O Services was very accommodating to fit in an appointment that matched my urgent need. The technician, Bob, who arrived on schedule diligently worked to helped to address the issue with the equipment he had. When he was unable to resolve the clog due to a limit in equipment because of the short notice provided to set the appointment and the promptness of their arrival, Bob provided a referral that led to the full resolution of the task. I would give a perfect score if they were able to completely address the issue, but they did the best they could on such short notice and still provided the referral that helped address the issue.

H20 Services installed an external backwater valve at my home. Wayne, the owner was very accommodating, met me twice at my home to discuss options and answered my numerous questions. The installer was also very accommodating and happy to deal with my numerous requests. I highly recommend this company!

Had back water valve installed to help prevent sewer backup into basement. It was quick and efficient installation.
Was given the choice of installation outside the house or in the basement (difference of $500). There was no up selling or any of that.
Everything was explained in easy and simple terms that even I get it.

Staffs are great and very patience. The director was there to oversee everything before and after installation was done.
They will be doing a follow up with us next year to see how the work is holding up. Definitely would recommend.

Before, during and after H2O Services was extremely professional and thorough. Wayne assessed our needs, explained the process and kept us informed with scheduling both in terms of his staff and the City of Toronto inspector. Andre was prompt with the installation, ensuring the work was done properly, quickly and our property was kept as clean as possible.

The work was completed in a satisfactory manner as per the inital arrangements. I hope the back flow preventer is never needed but it is an insurance policy.
