Dastardly Drainage - sewer line in a 120 year old house
At first look it appeared that my blocked sewage line was going to be an easy fix. BUT with a 120 year old house almost everything is jerryrigged to barely work. At each step the team found another hurdle and were amazing at problem solving their way around it. I know that other companies would have walked away because it was so complex.
Wayne, Bob, Viktor and Andre were smart, kind, thoughtful, inventive and solution orientated. At the same time, they really tried to keep the costs down while updating an elderly out-of-code system. I can't thank them enough for explaining everything to me in clear terms, outlining the options and helping me decide on the best solution. They were FAST, determined and efficient.
I also really appreciate that they didn't talk down to me or expect to deal with a man. It's the first time I've felt really comfortable and in control of work being done to my house.
