Wayne and H2O Services was very accommodating to fit in an appointment that matched my urgent need. The technician, Bob, who arrived on schedule diligently worked to helped to address the issue with the equipment he had. When he was unable to resolve the clog due to a limit in equipment because of the short notice provided to set the appointment and the promptness of their arrival, Bob provided a referral that led to the full resolution of the task. I would give a perfect score if they were able to completely address the issue, but they did the best they could on such short notice and still provided the referral that helped address the issue.
