I had leaking main water valve in basement, worries about could be getting worse to flood the basement. So thankful to Greg came over very quickly after the city guy shut off the water from street. Greg is a very nice guy and very good with his expertise. He replace the water valve, double check every related pipe and connector to make sure not any leaking. Greg was very quick to attend to an issue with our septic system and was able to do a full, professional job leaving the site clean and ready when he was done. We was prompt and came in right around the quoted price. Friendly and easy to work with which was appreciated with the situation we were dealing with with.

We had a drain stack leak hidden behind walls and only discovered it on the weekend. Greg came out right away. He diagnosed the original problem (bad join on the main stack), fixed it, and then thoroughly tested it. During the testing, he discovered an additional small leak from the toilet seal. During the (again thorough) testing of this repair, he discovered yet another leak that only occurred when the bath tub and toilet were both draining at the same time. This turned out to be a crack in the upper part of the pipe joining the bath tub to the stack and had been there since the original stack was put in. I was very pleased with his thoroughness/paranoia in testing and his willingness to try and keep the damage to a minimum.

Greg did everything that he said he was going to do and charged us exactly what he said he was going to charge us.

So right off the bat with that honesty was welcomed.

The job was done right and on time with no frustration (for us as customers) and no mess.

We would certainly be happy to use Greg again and recommend PDI plumbing as well.
