Responded to my inquiry within minutes, came over within 24hrs and fixed my AC amidst sweltering heat at a reasonable price.

If you hate dealing with shady HVAC technicians (especially the "reputable" ones), look no further than Dooday and his crew.

Doobay from Stanford HVAC is unfaithful and deceiving. Sadly he doesnt warranty what he promises. Stay away from this guy - Doobay. Dont feel sorry for him. He gave me a 1 year warranty to cover my AC and he wont do it. I called him last year August 2019 and he said he will cover me till October 2020. Last year he fixed a leak and filled the freeon. Called him this year, tells me that having the freeon is criminal offense. I made few calls freeon is available just being phased out. He didn't stay promise to his words. I will be replacing my AC but won't be doing it with him.

Your old R22 system had a leak I add a leak sealant and refrigerant after a year It leaked again You wanted me to add the refrigerant to leak in the environment. I advised you to replace the system and I will discount the cost from the new AC and you refused.

My reply to his response:
You added the leak sealant last year and you promised to have me covered till October 2020. I can post the card on which this was written. This is about the promise you made. You shouldn’t mislead a customer into a promise you can’t keep. Last year when you added the R22 refrigerant with leak seal, for which you charge me extra, you agreed to pump more R22 if it leaked and now you are backing out. This guy offered me $200 discount. He is charging $2800 -$200 discount for the same AC people are willing to install for $2000-$2300. This guy is a unfaithful and rip off.

I have had HVAC service from Stanford twice, once for my AC and once for my furnace. I was impressed both times. They were punctual, highly knowledgable and charge a fair price. The last time Stanford came to fix a recurring intermittent problem with my furnace. They were able to identify a wiring issue that I don't think another HVAC tech would have found, right away. Will use again and highly recommend.

Doobay came around AGAIN today to help fix our furnace. This is the third time he has come by to fine tune it. He did not charge a penny for his time on any of his calls. I would recommend Doobay as an installer to anybody. Courteous and always available at a moments notice. Service like Doobay's is hard to find!.

These are the most honest and responsive people I know. I run a large commercial building and constantly have HVAC needs. They price their work fairly and work with the highest degree of quality.

Very happy with the work they did for me. The technician arrived promptly and was able to diagnose and repair the problem quickly. The work was completed very professionally and for a fair price. He stands by his work and his follow-up service is excellent. I'll definitely be recommending him in the future.

We got a new AC installed by Aire One from Whitby and it never worked from day one. The coil kept freezing into an ice block. They sent 9 repair guys over a one year period and started to blame me for the problem and being very rude towards the end. I contacted Stanfordhvac and right away found the problem, fixed it the next day and everything is working great.

Returned my call quickly and was at my house to service the a/c unit by the next day. Replaced the unit with a Coleman at a reasonable price. Very efficient.

I'll always call Stanfordhvac when I have furnace or ac troubles. great service always on call, excellent prices. I can't recommend them highly enough
