I do believe that the process and equipment gave the best cleaning possible and when needed again they will have my call, and will ask for Shane to complete the task.

Jason did a great job of explaining what he was going to to and the additional services that were available. I didn't feel any pressure to purchase additional services. I was able to continue working from home while he did what he needed to do. He was very professional.

The gentleman from Modern Purair did a great job cleaning the ducts within our 1947 home. He was prepared for the job and was very courteous. This cleaning job was far more thorough than the one done by the last company I hired roughly 6 years prior. I opted for the thyme spray at the end of the cleaning, which left a pleasant smell for the next day or two, and the air is still nice and fresh almost 2 weeks on (though I can't say if that is mostly due to the very thorough cleaning or partially from the thyme treatment). The only drawback to this experience was whomever initially inputted my service request did not include my house number and made a typographical error in my phone number in their system, which resulted in a later than expected arrival on the day of the cleaning, but we got it sorted through e-mail in time.

Christopher came out to do the furnace cleaning for us. He called ahead of time, arrived early, and was very professional and courteous in his demeanor. He seemed extremely thorough, explained things well, and even seemed to go above and beyond in making sure that my furnace and all of my ducts were thoroughly cleaned. The price was very fair and reasonable for the work that was done. I would trust him completely again to come out and do further work for me.
