Christopher came out to do the furnace cleaning for us. He called ahead of time, arrived early, and was very professional and courteous in his demeanor. He seemed extremely thorough, explained things well, and even seemed to go above and beyond in making sure that my furnace and all of my ducts were thoroughly cleaned. The price was very fair and reasonable for the work that was done. I would trust him completely again to come out and do further work for me. And I would highly recommend both him and modern purair based on their excellent customer service and attention to detail.
