Jamaal was very courteous and efficient when he executed my furnace maintenance. He explained everything clearly and I would definitely recommend him in the future.

Had a lovely lad come and service my furnace and heating system. He came on the same day I contacted them. Which also happened to be a holiday. He was very professional and thorough. More than happy with my service.

The technician was very friendly and answered all our questions about the process and also provided some tips to how to maintain the equipment in better condition.

A/C unit stopped working on Monday, called Tuesday, appointment and repairs done Wednesday. Replaced a part and scheduled a follow up cleaning. The process was seamless, Stephen was super nice and professional, and they were incredibly efficient. I was in work meetings upstairs getting real-time updates on what was diagnosed and a summary of quotes/options that was really convenient. Easily the best experience I've had with a service provider -- they even reached out to check in later that day!

I called Free Air Heating & Air Conditioning Ltd. as my AC had died late last year. I decided to wait until this year to get it replaced. I was referred to the Free Air team by a friend who used their services before and swears by them. I have never had to purchase any HVAC equipment before so I was happy with their patience from the start. Stephen came by to look at my system and did a thorough check of what I currently had. I had asked for a quote on the AC replacement only but he also discussed with me and gave me the option of a Heat Pump with the Government Rebate. He explained the rebate, what a heat pump is and how I could benefit from it. He answered ALL of my questions knowledgeably and didn't make me feel stupid. Great Service and amazing system. I no longer need to run a dehumidifier in the summer to control my humidity as my new system has a sensor that does it for me to help increase my comfort level. My asthma and puffer are no longer a daily struggle as I have not had to use it since the installation. It is also super quiet unlike my old system which is great for when I am watching TV in the basement. 10/10 would highly recommend!

2 techs just finished fixing my A/C and were all around great!! Very professional, explained my options clearly and didn’t to try to rip me off. They are Milton based and came to our rescue in 1 day. They arrived ready to work and were very respectful. I Highly recommend and will use their services again.

Great job is not enough to say. Gary and Justin spent two days on my furnace and they were amazing. They were on time, friendly, helpful and i will definetly hire them again. Thanks for a great experience.

Called them up late on a Friday was able to assist with my heating issue. Patient, detailed and great service. Hands down the best around, would recommend to anyone that needs help with their A/C or furnace.
