The owner, Alex, was very helpful over the phone and booked me a same day free estimate appointment. The Manager, also named Alex, came to my home and provided a free estimate for my windows. The price was very reasonable and overall really liked the professionalism, so I booked with them. Within a week the installer came to measure my windows and then approx 5 weeks later I had my new beautiful windows installed in my home. The installation process was extremely smooth and professional. If you are looking to replace your windows, I highly recommend booking with GTA Direct! I was extremely satisfied with the final results. The owner even called me after installation to ensure I was happy with everything.
