Although they obtained the incorrect spare part to fix my electric range they were very communicative and provide me with frequent updates, at the end the fixed the appliance at my satisfaction

Called due to noisy dryer. Only charged for
Service call. Changed one part but unable to fix. We purchased a replacement dryer

Maydone Appliance Repair's technician, Alexey, diagnosed and resolved a freezer problem on our older fridge in short order. Maydone was quick to respond, and Alexey arrived on time and was very professional. Great service!

My Maytag dishwasher had just passed the 10 year mark and would not drain. Maydone was the fastest to reply to my request and came out the very next day. The repair man (very nice gentleman) tested the washer and found that the control box was not functioning and put in an order for it. This came about 4-5 days later. Unfortunately, once it was installed, the pump would not work. He indicated that I may think about getting a new dishwasher. A few days later, I got notice of the cost and he was right, the cost of the control box and the pump were more than some of the newer dishwashers. And so I closed up the order and advised them that I did not want it repaired. They were very Kind about it and closed their file as well. I feel this is an honest well run company and would definitely recommend them and will contact them again if needed. thank you.

8 year old microwave stopped working. Maydone recommended by the manufacturer. A technician came the same day, diagnosed the issue and fixed our microwave on the spot. The technician was ourteous as well as competent. We would have him back anytime. Will contact Maydone if we need appliance repairs in the future.

We were overcharged by two other companies and fridge still didn't work. I called Maydone and they were fabulous. Found the problem and fixed it. Still working months later. I'd use them again for anything.

My 4 year old LG fridge stopped cooling so I contacted Homestars and Maydone responded. A technician found that the sealed compressor unit would have to be replaced. On their own initiative, Maydone told me that LG offered an extended warranty to help with the service charges for a sealed unit. They put the customer ahead of their own business. We were able to get a very good promotion from LG and our fridge will be repaired by them. But the honesty and fairness I experienced from Maydone was outstanding. When I need appliances repaired in the future they will be my only call.

Excellent service! The technician understood very well the faulty parts with our 16-year old dishwasher and promptly installed the new parts upon their arrival. I highly recommend Maydone!
