I received exemplary service from Igor and the 2 technicians, one who gave the estimate and one who did the disconnect and install. They were on time, efficient, tidy and very pleasant. The technician who did the install took the time to test each burner and the oven, explained the new features and explained what to do in case of problems. I was very impressed with the care he took in his work. And wish I could mention him by name. Great job.

My 15 year old drier died suddenly and wouldn't turn on. I contacted Maydone and within the day they had a technician over to inspect the machine. After that it took about a week to order new parts, which is ok since it's an older model, and once they had it, they immediately scheduled for the technician's next visit to repair the drier. The repair process took around an hour, and once they were done the machine works properly once again. I am more than satisfied with the service and I would trust and recommend them for appliance maintenance again.

I contacted Maydone to come out to fix my refrigerator. The technician, Vlad, was very courteous and knowledgeable and quickly assessed the issue and provided me with a fair quote for the repair. The following day, he returned to install the new part. I was extremely pleased with my experience with Maydone Appliance.

Technician was outstanding - 5 stars. Front office communication began 5 stars but ended up two stars. They immediately called and went thru the detailed notes I provided on the submission - very professional. From there, nothing happened that they said would happen - notification calls, appointment times. Then the technician had no idea of all the details that the front office requested and confirmed.

My Dacor range would not go to clean because the door would not lock. I called Maydone and they scheduled an appointment for the next week.
There technician was on time, and after diagnosing the problem said we needed a new lock mechanism. He also suggested new door hinges. I said to go ahead and prepaid for the parts. They called within a few days to advise the parts were in and scheduled an appointment for today. They called two days ago and said the tech was nearby and could he come at 5 that day. He got here about 7 because of traffic and started to install the new parts. Unfortunately nothing worked. He spent four hours trying different things. The range is 25 years old,and the two parts were just not exactly the right ones. He packed up and I asked him if I would get a refund on the parts. The next day their office called me and told me they were giving me a refund without me asking. I was amazed. I offered to pay more for labour since the tech was here for four hours, but was told it was not necessary. They only added the $ 120 for the service call that would have been a credit if I had used the parts. Very impressive Company.

Maydone came to assess my dishwasher after having been defrauded by another company . They helped me assess the issue, provided solutions and a quote for repair. In the end I bought a new dishwasher but at every point they were kind, responsive and professional. I would highly recommend them!

Maydone correctly assessed why my refrigerator was not cooling in about 10 minutes (defective defrost heater). They tried to source a replacement part but, due to the age of the refrigerator (37 years) were unable to do so.

We hired a company to come in and check our refrigerator. They quoted us close to $4000. Thankfully we went with a second opinion and hired maydone. Not only were they extremely professional but there prognosis was much more simplistic and only cost us ~$400. Clearly they know what theyre doing and have their customers best interest at heart!
