Our old Kenmore Elite dryer had a plastic piece that snapped off, thereby causing the dryer not to run.
Not only was Maydone Appliance Repair the first call back we had but
Max explained our options clearly. we chose to have a diagnostic done and proceed from there. Another Max arrived at the appointed time, was cordial and professional working quickly. The problem was temporarily fixed. We are seniors and for financial reasons are contemplating our next step.

My fridge was intermittent working. I found Maydone appliances repair is one of the service provider for my fridge. I set up the appointment in their website and the technican called to confirm the appointment. He comes on time. Check the problem. Order the part right away. He comes back within 1 week and fixed. Very fast and good service. Too bad that I forgot his name.

Prompt service. The technician knew what he was doing. Fixed without new part. No upsell. Highly recommend them.

Dishwasher was leaking and door had been broken for a while. Was recommended Maydone by a community group. They were able to come in and diagnose issue 1st day. Maydone was upfront with work that needed to be done and costs associated. Was able to complete job next day at pricing provided. Repair person was friendly and explained all work. Would highly recommend Maydone and will also use them for my next repair

Replaced dryer motherboard and quickly got replacement part. Slightly on the expensive side, but good quality of work to compensate.

Fridge and freezer were acting up. The temperature was gradually climbing throughout the day. Maydone was the first to reply and was quick to reply to any questions I had. I wasn't able to accommodate their 3-6pm time slot but they managed to squeeze me in for 11-2pm. Vitaly thankfully came earlier than 11, diagnosed the problem and explained everything that was happening to our fridge and why it wasn't working. He unfortunately didn't have the part on hand but picked it up that day and came back in thw evening to complete the fix. Our fridge is working perfectly now. I would hire these guys again for any appliance issue I have in future. Part was approx $250 and labour in the AM and PM was 2 hours.

Had the freezer looked at by another company Poor service plus the estimate was almost the cost of a new fridge Service technicians arrived on time & were very knowledgeable and efficient Also they communicated what they were doing throughout the repair Fantastic service and wonderful friendly technicians Highly recommend this company!! Called in the morning for a squeaky dryer, was given a 2-5 pm window. Tech showed up at just after two, knew exactly what the problem was and had the part in the van. Repair was quick, the tech efficient and no mess left behind. Would highly recommend.
