Fridge and freezer were acting up. The temperature was gradually climbing throughout the day. Maydone was the first to reply and was quick to reply to any questions I had. I wasn't able to accommodate their 3-6pm time slot but they managed to squeeze me in for 11-2pm. Vitaly thankfully came earlier than 11, diagnosed the problem and explained everything that was happening to our fridge and why it wasn't working. He unfortunately didn't have the part on hand but picked it up that day and came back in thw evening to complete the fix. Our fridge is working perfectly now. I would hire these guys again for any appliance issue I have in future. Part was approx $250 and labour in the AM and PM was 2 hours.

We had 3 fridges from 3 different homes being moved around. 2 homes were older and had to have doors removed. 1 home had the kitchen on the 2nd floor. Overall the move took 4.5 hours and only because the 1st fridge was huge, extremely heavy and had to go through narrow passages. They had moving blankets that they used to cover the floors, they didn't scratch or ding any walls, re-attached doors, fridge parts and doors and probably worked in the worst torrential rain storm we've had. My friend had to loan tools as they didn't have the gear to take apart the fridges. They honestly did a great job. Super friendly, kept the house clean and did as quick a job as they could.

Oral and Abby are the best. Golden Phoenix Construction is super easy to deal with, quick to reply to questions and concerns and extremely fair in their pricing. We woke to a dripping sound in our bedroom closet and found a leak in the attic crawl space. Oral was able to come same day, find the cause, explain what may have happened to cause the leak, explain how he was going to fix things and was done very quickly. They were extremely careful when they had to go into our home to investigate the leak from our bedroom closet. Their work was clean and very thorough making sure that they did everything possible to prevent and future leaks. We highly recommend Oral and his team at Golden Phoenix and will use them again in future should we need any roofing work done.

Sergei was quick to reply and was always on top of communications. He was able to come to our home the same day I posted our issues. He went above and beyond just fixing what we needed. He's a solid guy that had 99% of the parts with him. Our dryer sounded like a train when running and wasn't producing heat when spinning. Sergei not only fixed our machine but completely cleaned the unit and checked the lines to make sure everything was running properly before leaving. We highly recommend him and will definitely be using his services again if we need.

Dryer wasn't spinning. We found out it was the pulley. Vivek was super communicative and answered any questions we had prior to coming to the house to fix the dryer. He is friendly, explained everything that needed to be done, thorough, tidy and followed all COVID protocols. He also went above and beyond by thoroughly cleaning the inside of our dryer and changing the belt. I would highly recommend this company. They are fair, friendly and good at what they do.
