Oral and Abby are the best. Golden Phoenix Construction is super easy to deal with, quick to reply to questions and concerns and extremely fair in their pricing. We woke to a dripping sound in our bedroom closet and found a leak in the attic crawl space. Oral was able to come same day, find the cause, explain what may have happened to cause the leak, explain how he was going to fix things and was done very quickly. They were extremely careful when they had to go into our home to investigate the leak from our bedroom closet. Their work was clean and very thorough making sure that they did everything possible to prevent and future leaks. We highly recommend Oral and his team at Golden Phoenix and will use them again in future should we need any roofing work done.

Sergei was quick to reply and was always on top of communications. He was able to come to our home the same day I posted our issues. He went above and beyond just fixing what we needed. He's a solid guy that had 99% of the parts with him. Our dryer sounded like a train when running and wasn't producing heat when spinning. Sergei not only fixed our machine but completely cleaned the unit and checked the lines to make sure everything was running properly before leaving. We highly recommend him and will definitely be using his services again if we need.

Dryer wasn't spinning. We found out it was the pulley. Vivek was super communicative and answered any questions we had prior to coming to the house to fix the dryer. He is friendly, explained everything that needed to be done, thorough, tidy and followed all COVID protocols. He also went above and beyond by thoroughly cleaning the inside of our dryer and changing the belt. I would highly recommend this company. They are fair, friendly and good at what they do.
