Tracy is a very pleasant individual. She responded quickly to my request for services. However, her crew arrived unannounced. They did a good job, but I was initially overcharged by more than $100.
Fortunately, I had asked the crew about the hour of arrival, and we had agreed on how many hours they had spent. When I challenged the bill, Tracy accepted my version.
However, since then, despite two phone calls and a email, and a promise to rebook, the Gentle Gardener has failed to send a crew a second time.
I have been patient (It's been an unusual summer - lots of heat and lots of rain.) I understand that there have been days when it was not possible to work, but there has been no call or message to explain a delay.
Is she overbooked? Is it because I challenged her overbilling?
All that said, her crew did a good job. Just check her hours.
