Aqua Spa Pools & Landscape Design

AquaSpa built our whole backyard... pool, spa, waterfalls, patio pavers, retaining wall, fence, grass, cedars. We had a long delay due to supply chain issues during COVID. But once the spa finally arrived, they built everything quickly and with high quality. We truly enjoyed everything this first year of having it and our guests were amazed by the design and the features.

My husband and I just put in our pool this year and we are enjoying every minute with it, thanks to John and the team at AquaSpa Pools. Installing a pool can seem like a huge undertaking on many levels but working with AquaSpa (John in particular) made this experience uncomplicated and enjoyable. We spoke to several other pool companies when making the decision, but after meeting John we felt confident in this choice and would make the same one if we had to do it again! John has a wonderful balance of professionalism one would expect from a company such as this, along with kindness and expertise, which made making decisions and designing the pool effortless. We felt at ease during the entire process and knew the project was in great hands. This feeling didn't waver, we still have the same sentiments a year after construction. The execution of the actual project was seamless. Any questions or concerns that we had were quickly addressed and rectified by John. The team on-site was always kind and friendly. They worked hard and were very efficient. Looking forward to reaching out to them soon to put in a cabana! We couldn't be happier with our decision to go with AquaSpa, and are thankful to John and the team for all the memories that we are making with our pool!

We have waiting over a year for this company to finish a pool that they promised would be in the ground within 3 months.
Additionally, they offer little to no consultation on pool design. No expertise.
Please take your business elsewhere.

Extremely happy with the final work done. Very professional, fast, and efficient. I reached out to this company and within 2 weeks they sent their team and completed the job within 1 day. Evan recommended the material and design & made it a very easy process.

After spending $350,000 we have to completely re do the entire marbelite which is $20,000 because the salt and sand blasting stains are stuck and can not be moved it has to be chipped away and re marbelited. They put my toilet plumbing beside my kitchen sink plumbing and I had to hire another company to cut the pad and move it. They left my entire basement wall and ceiling open and never came back to fix it. The 1 year old concrete is cracked and sinking everywhere. They use plastic lines for the shower that should have been copper because its under the concrete and the lines are completely dead. They cedar stairs and shower stand fell apart before we even got one season out of it. They promised to fix everything but disappeared on me. They ran the concrete right to the property line and now I am in violation and need to have it cut back all around by 2 ft.

I was extremely happy with the final result! The team was very professional and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

We are very happy with the Pool and Cabana that Evan created for us. He helped us from early planning to the very end. During the planning process a video rendering was done which helped us envision what the final product would look like and it really helped the process along, would highly recommend if you are like us and have trouble visualizing renovations.

Even with supply chain issues during the process Evan keep us updated every step of the day.

We are extremely happy with our new interlock driveway and pathways designed and installed by Royal Stone Landscaping. Evan was our Sales and Project Leader and was very professional and honest. He attended our home several times during the job and was always available for our questions (day and night). Evan knew exactly how to transform our vision into reality and beyond! The installation team was led by Joe and they were ALL were amazing! These guys knew exactly how to install stonework from laying down the base to installing the driveway pavers and the cobblestone borders. The team ensured that the work site was spotless at the end of each working day. The entire job was completed in only three (3) days and looks perfect. I will highly recommend Royal Stone to any of my friends and relatives. Great job Evan, Joe and the rest of the Royal Stone team!

We signed on last year to have our backyard transformed by Aquaspa/Royal stone, and we were NOT disappointed. Our yard is now a paradise and I am still pinching myself! Angelo was our project manager and he was so responsive, patient and communicative. He answered my calls/texts immediately every single time I contacted him. He was always polite and honest. I genuinely enjoyed working with him and will actually miss interacting with him! The team on site was also fantastic and professional - top notch workmanship. We retained Aquaspa to undertake a major project in a new build in Uxbridge. The overall project was a large pool, separate spa, with a large amount of stone decking on multiple levels with stairs, outdoor shower etc. They were chosen in part because their pricing was competitive and in part because our project manager had had good results with them in the past. They worked well with us, cared about the job as well as the cost, and completed on time and on budget. There have been some issues due to the complexity of the design, but they solved whatever needed solving and have been continually responsive. Good people.
