We reached out to Sauzteq Engineering a little over a month ago to help us with our renovation permits. We had submitted some drawings to the city that required a stamped drawing from an engineer and Mohammad was fantastic every step of the way. He was always quick to respond to phone calls/emails and the turnaround time on the drawings was very quick. We couldn't be happier with the service and would recommend this company to anyone.

Mohammed was very professional and knowledgable. We received our stamped drawings within 5 days of Mohammed visiting our home.

Mohammad promptly visited our home and provided us with structural options to create an open plan on our main floor. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough and sent stamped drawings within days of our preliminary discussion. Great service and highly recommended.

I found Mohammed doing a google search for Structural Engineers in the west end of GTA. I wanted to remove two partition walls in the house that seemed load bearing (perpendicular to trusses).

I scheduled appointment with Mohammed and he showed up on time. The moment he popped into the attic, he said 'you are lucky' since these are engineered trusses and self-supporting. So I could go ahead and remove those walls. He put his stamp which assured me. He was also kind enough to say that I could do video call at time of demolishing just to be extra sure.

I went ahead and demolished those walls. It's been a few days and no sagging so far, everything seems pretty good. I'm glad I contacted Mohammed.

Cons: The only negative thing was that Mohammed cut a hole in ceiling to look into the attic. I believe he could have went into the attic from the existing opening to check. But in all fairness, he mentioned this up front before scheduling the appointment.

I called Mohammad on Tuesday afternoon. He came to my home Tuesday evening and did his review. He is very professional and exceptional at diagnosing structural elements without asbuilt drawings. Mohammad was able to turn around a report and drawings within 3 days. I would recommend Mohammad to anyone looking for structural advice! Thank you again!

I found Mohammed of Sauzteq on Home stars, we contacted a few other engineers, but did not feel confident. After a quick phone call with Mohammed, he was both professional and easy to work with. Within one day, he made himself available to accommodate my husbands work schedule. Amazing.

Mohammed was amazing. He was courteous, caring, attentive and very quick to respond. When the city needed more information he was willing to come back to reasses and provide. He emailed the city directly to clarify what information they needed. He answered all of our questions, he has made himself available if our contractor has any questions. He even did a whats app video call after we removed the drywall to answer more questions. To say he went above and beyond is to say the least and I would highly recommend him to anyone and plan on hiring him again for future projects.
